We are seeking a skilled 3D artist to convert 2D concept art into detailed 3D wireframe models for Spirebound, a fully 3D dark fantasy game developed using the Bevy engine. This role focuses on producing characters, enemies, and environment assets in GLB format with PBR materials. The ideal candidate will excel in translating finalized designs into clean, production-ready geometry. Experience with animation is a plus.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Convert finalized 2D concept art into detailed 3D wireframe models using industry-standard tools
Create characters, enemies, and environmental assets adhering to PBR material standards for the Bevy engine
Ensure all 3D models are clean, optimized, and production-ready in GLB format
Collaborate effectively with art and development teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining artistic consistency
Support animation teams with relevant asset preparation as needed
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience with character and environment animation
Knowledge of rigging and animation pipelines
Ability to troubleshoot and solve modeling and texture issues
Prior experience with dark fantasy or stylized game art
Familiarity with 3D asset optimization for real-time rendering
