Design game economy models and assess their efficiency, as well as their impact on player experience and behavior.
Maintain the existing game economy and design economies for new features, including modeling, tuning, balancing and monitoring key metrics to drive KPI growth and create an engaging gameplay experience.
Balance virtual items: define player needs, item relationships and lifecycle loops.
Design and generate drop rate and paytable specifications detailing probability and game profitability.
Optimize the performance of features and game mechanics through tuning and A/B testing.
Collaborate with producers, game designers, data analysts and the development team.
Create and maintain design documentation.

Proven experience building and managing economic models for game projects.
Strong background in combinatorics, statistics and probability theory.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and SQL.
Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Deep understanding of video games in general and their underlying economic systems in particular.
