Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Generalist Technical Artists
Review work and provide technical and creative feedback
Prioritize tasks, remove blockers, and support the team
Maintain high quality and production standards

Development
Build and support playable ad production
Solve complex gameplay and technical challenges
Improve architecture, performance, and production workflows
Assist with debugging and optimization

Technical Art
Review visual quality across projects
Guide UI, animation, VFX, lighting, and scene composition
Ensure strong visual consistency and mobile-first presentation

Production
Plan timelines and track progress
Coordinate with Creative Producers and stakeholders
Identify risks and improve production efficiency

AI-Native Workflow
Drive adoption of Claude Code, ChatGPT, and AI creative tools
Improve production through AI-assisted workflows and automation

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Experience leading or mentoring technical teams

Experience building games, interactive experiences, or playable ads

Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and Three.js skills

Strong technical art skills (Blender, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects)

Experience with Spine animation workflows

Strong understanding of game feel, UX, and mobile games

Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code and ChatGPT in daily production

Ability to balance leadership with hands-on development
