For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Own and lead the full affiliate strategy across LATAM
Develop and scale high-quality partner relationships
Drive revenue growth through smart traffic acquisition
Monitor and optimize traffic quality (FTD is good — NGR is better)
Work closely with Product, CRM, VIP, and Fraud teams
Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Build structure, processes, and potentially your own affiliate team
This is not a maintenance role.
This is about building, scaling, and dominating the region.
