Marketing Manager (KZ / RU)

Garena - is an international online game developer and publisher. Our portfolio of published games includes such well-known titles as League of Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, Arena of Valor. We always strive to bring new and exciting experiences to our players, so at this point, we are strengthening our CIS publishing team and looking for a Marketing Manager to define the marketing strategy for our ambitious mobile games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Plan, manage and execute marketing strategies and initiatives

• Cover key functions for marketing/publishing, including online marketing, campaign marketing, KOL management, social media/community, PR and branding

• Deliver regular reports of campaign results and KPIs

• Cover platforms such as Youtube, IG, Google Ads Optimization (SEO, SEM), TikTok, VK, etc.

• Develop a plan to launch online ads and marketing campaigns for mobile games

• Work in cooperation with graphic designer and operation teams to deliver marketing creatives and other related content

• Optimize ads performance through better tool usage, analysis, and creative ideas

• Initiate, plan and execute marketing strategies 

• Conduct weekly and monthly reports to provide suggestions to managers and initiate productive changes

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the digital marketing/internet industry is preferred

• Deep knowledge of existing digital technologies and platforms like IG, Google, YouTube, TikTok, VK,  etc. along with an understanding of various marketing models

• Ability to boost Online Ads, Google Ads (SEM) and knowledge of ad optimization

• Up-to-date with marketing trends along with a strong understanding of various marketing models

• Ability to evaluate existing marketing solutions and plan to optimize offerings for different campaigns

• Experience in campaign marketing in the internet industry, gaming industry or agency is a plus
