For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Lead full-cycle recruitment

- Create and place vacancies at different professional resources and channels (Artstation, LinkedIn, social networks, etc.) as well as explore new channels for hiring

- Work closely with Production manager to design the hiring process and ensure high-quality talent recruitment;

- Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify and engage candidates.

- Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain a database of candidates

- Hiring in Ukraine, Poland, etc..
