Senior Product Owner (Mobile Games) Publishing

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with a strong Game Design background and hands-on experience in mobile games. This role is focused on product ownership rather than pure game design.

You will be responsible for evaluating incoming products, driving product decisions, supporting partners throughout the testing phase, and working closely with Publishing to maximize the chances of success.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Conduct design and product evaluations of incoming games during the ICP screening stage, assessing market fit, gameplay potential, and identifying product risks

• Prepare actionable feedback for partners to improve products before and during the test spend phase

• Analyze product metrics and generate hypotheses for A/B testing using a data-driven approach

• Research references and benchmarks to support product decisions (AppMagic, manual reverse-engineering, competitor analysis)

• Participate in go/no-go decisions together with the Publishing Lead

• Support partners during product iterations after test launches

• Maintain and develop the diagnostics pattern database

• Own product quality and ensure alignment between gameplay, monetization, and business goals

• Collaborate with external studios and internal stakeholders to maximize product performance

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Game Designer roles within mobile games

• Strong understanding of mobile game metrics, including Retention, ARPDAU, ROAS, and LTV

• Experience evaluating and analyzing mobile games across different genres

• Hands-on experience with AppMagic, Sensor Tower, and GameAnalytics

• Strong analytical and hypothesis-driven mindset

• Experience working with external studios and partners

• Ability to make product decisions based on data and market insights

• English level B2+

Nice to Have

• Experience in publishing or external development teams

• Experience evaluating third-party products

• Experience with casual, hybrid-casual, and mid-core games
