We’re looking for a Senior Game Producer to own new product, platform, and publishing initiatives end to end, with full responsibility for their business case, execution, and incremental gross profit.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Identify and prioritize new product and platform opportunities;

• Develop business cases, product concepts, budgets, and target outcomes;

• Define MVPs and distinguish essential adaptation work from unnecessary development;

• Build and lead small teams for launches;

• Manage product development, integrations, testing, and releases;

• Lead partner communications and commercial negotiations;

• Own the economics of each initiative;

• Independently make Scale / Fix / Stop decisions within the scope of the role;

• Incubate internal products, validate their impact, and hand them over to permanent owners;

• Create repeatable playbooks for scaling successful channels across multiple games;

• Remove the CEO from ongoing operational coordination and partner communications.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Personally led at least one game launch on a new platform, from assessment and adaptation through to release;

• Can demonstrate strong product decisions that had a measurable impact on revenue, retention, monetization, adoption, or another business outcome;

• Led a cross-functional product team of at least three people;

• Able to independently build a team and source developers, freelancers, or outsourcing partners;

• Held responsibility for a business metric, budget, revenue result, or P&L - not only timelines and delivery;

• Understands game products: core loop, progression, retention, monetization, and player experience;

• Able to understand technical integrations, SDKs, admin tools, or platform requirements at the level of a product owner;

• Independently managed external partners and complex negotiations;

• Russian language proficiency is required;

• English proficiency: confident B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in mobile F2P and publishing;

• Experience launching games in China, on web platforms, alternative stores, PC, console, or VR;

• Experience building internal B2B products or tools;

• Experience working in a small studio, co-development, or porting team;

• Experience as an ex-founder, Studio Lead, Product Lead, or Lead Game Producer;

• Experience working with Unity, JavaScript projects, or game SDKs at the level of task definition and acceptance;

• Experience independently closing or stopping underperforming initiatives.
