Senior User Acquisition Manager

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

-Optimize campaigns as well as analyze results to help copmany determine how and where budget should be allocated
-Hit monthly budget and ROI goals
-Partner closely with company analytics team to determine appropriate acquisition costs and KPIs for each market based on LTV, conversion rate, and other variables
-Work closely with other teams to share learnings from paid marketing and apply learnings from other teams to campaigns within your channels
-Manage marketing creative requests by working closely with a creative team

What kind of professional are we looking for?

-2+ years on Facebook/ Google Ads on the same position
-Organized and detail-oriented with solid budgeting and day-to-day management abilities
-Ability to analyze varieties of data and identifying marketing trends
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
-Understanding of general media planning, analysis, and campaign management
-English upper intermediate
