DevGAMM is a well-established gaming industry conference with 15 years of history. Our b2b events in Lithuania and Poland have been a success, and we're excited to expand to Portugal and other European countries in the near future. Our dynamic and talented team shares a passion for gaming and an open-minded approach to collaboration.

We're seeking a middle to senior Business Development Manager to join us on this journey. The ideal candidate will be a strong sales professional with excellent relationship-building skills and experience in managing a sales team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key game industry companies

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis

  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align and execute sales strategies

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities

  • Vast experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in building successful business relationships

  • Capable of preparing commercial proposals and creating compelling presentations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working remotely and willing to travel as required

  • Deep understanding and passion for the gaming industry
