Head of Studio

Values Value, the main recruiting expert in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Head of Studio to open a representative Kyiv office for our client that designs and develops games based on high-profile licenses and original IP for the hard-core market segment. The company has worked on top-selling console and PC franchises and currently working on a series of unannounced projects with studios based in Malta and Mexico.

As Head of Studio you will be responsible for studio opening and strategy of its development, production and operation processes, building an effective team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• You will lead the site opening project in collaboration with company management, presenting a project plan defining all needs for the studio set-up (staff, investments, communication strategy, administrative and logistics).

• Develop and manage the business plans required to grow the studio, ensuring the profitability of your studio’s mandates and projects.

• You will define the most effective organization, managing both production and operations.

• Collaborating efficiently with partner studios, you will define for your team’s the objectives of quality to reach for all mandates and games developed by your studio.

• Implement best practice methodologies, production processes and efficient tools to promote and foster a gamer-centric culture, an innovation mindset and effective collaboration with other studios associated with the projects.

• You will recruit the best skills around you and foster a culture that promotes the constant development of expertise across the studio.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experienced specialist with proven network of developers from Console and PC AAA and AA industry.

• Your strong production know-how with 5-7 years of experience in a senior role (mainly AA-AAA experience).

• Significant management experience is required.

• Gamer and consumer oriented, you have a deep knowledge of the video games market.

• English language – written and verbal communication skills.
