На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Be evangelist of following company and team processes including CRM excellence

• In collab with CEO and the team prepare Q OKR target and tasks

• Manage the new Lead Gen pipeline and overall process, including establishing KPIs for the team, qualification requirements, target companies, regions, etc and ensure the team follows the structure

• Leading Preproduction meeting and keeping the team aligned to hitting targets, including having a healthy deal flow across all the disciplines to ensure we can keep the core vendors 70% booked

• Collaborate with Preproduction and Production Leads to ensure they have visibility yon deal flow and ramp up requirements

• Mitigating issues arising on the projects by syncing with the team on account health

• Hold the team accountable to tracking account health data

• Coaching the team on resolving issues on the project and stepping in where needed

• Manage the team hitting quarterly OKR target.

• Collaboration with Finance director on having clear and up to date hard and soft book

• Leading 1-1 Lead Gen / Sales Target meetings with BD team members (over time)

• Coaching the team on deal terms

• Ensuring team and individual KPIs are met

• Performance evaluation

• Team reporting

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients

• Exceptional internet researching skills. Familiar with many advanced tools, strategies, and resources to find and discover desired information and resources

• Superior organization skills, familiarity with Excel and cloud-based tools

• Excellent presentation skills
