Senior Project Manager

We are CM Games, an independent developer of mobile and VR titles. Since 2010, we have been creating unforgettable experiences for 400 million players. We are based in Tallinn and work worldwide. We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• participate in the translation of product goals into a plan of action leading to their achievement;

• develop a release plan and monitor its implementation - monitor task assignment, participate in prioritization, and record and report incidents;

• build new processes and improve existing ones to enhance the effectiveness of the production team;

• moderate regular meetings and conduct retrospectives;

• plan and coordinate the workload together with line managers;

• collaborate and supervise the work of outsourced employees;

• work with team motivation and participate in building its development plans.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager;

• passion for games, desire to work in the GameDev industry, and a user's interest in their own product;

• experience in drafting project roadmaps and monitoring release schedules;

• proficiency in Jira and Confluence;

• expertise in building and describing workflows;

• understanding of the software development life cycle;

• ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor deadlines;

• English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
