Game Designer (Remote/Office)

Dear Candidate, we are looking for you to explode the Game Dev world!

Fractured Byte is a game development studio. We are an experienced team of professionals that stays behind Borderlands Legendary Collection for Switch and focused on video game creation for PC and consoles.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Maintaining game design documentation (TOR, GDD, tasks).

• Feature ownership.

• Assembly of game interface prototypes in UMG and Blueprints.

• Monitoring the correctness of implementation.

• Communication with the team.

• Take part in communication with product owners (both internally and externally the company).

Какого профессионала ищем?

• At least one finished project (from concept to release) OR at least 1 on LiveOps.

• Understanding basic mechanisms and tools of UE4 and ​Blueprints knowledge.

• English at the Intermediate + level.

• Understanding how to decompose and describe tasks.

• Skill to start and maintain GDD.

• Understanding the game cycles and game economy.

• Ability to correctly generate ideas in the face of project constraints to improve product quality.

• Understanding of the production pipeline and development structure of PC/Console games.

Will be a plus:

• Prototype Portfolio at UE4.

• Good knowledge of Blueprints.

• Strong spoken English.

• Сonsole / PC releases.

• Understanding the game balance, the ability to calculate, manage and keep it up to date.

• Remote team experience.

• Experience in related GameDev roles (art, programming, LD, management etc.).

• Passionate of games (ideally on PC / Consoles).
