We are 4A Games! – all our experience, talent, and enthusiasm are directed into creating games with deep stories, unique gameplay elements, and highly-detailed realistic environments. At the heart of the company, there are currently over 150 talented designers, programmers, artists, effects specialists, and writers from all over the world, with diverse and unique backgrounds – bringing countless years of experience in and love towards computer games.

Design, gameplay, atmosphere, and player experience are the pillars of our games. And that doesn’t only touch upon corresponding departments – if any of us has a suggestion, we’re always welcome to share it, even though it may not be directly relevant to what we do every day. На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Develop and integrate all aspects of learning & development, talent retention, and ensure alignment with company’s strategic priorities and core values;

• Execute a full talent development program that will include assessment/selection, High Potential programs, onboarding, assimilation, and ongoing career development;

• Assess organizational health and performance data and generate insights for improvements, develop procedures to address needs, and improve organizational effectiveness;

• Provide consistent and professional service to all stakeholders in the Production department, together with other HR Managers and as a collaborative team member;

• Manage level-up processes for assigned teams;

• Initiate regular discussions with people to help them with career development;

• Implement training plans (identifying providers, training administration);

• Create risk assessments for each employee and proactively identify departure risks and contingency options;

• Conduct a regular health check for teams;

• Propose, implement, and further improve our retention strategy;

• Develop and implement preventive measures for staff leaving;

• Organize exit interviews.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

We are seeking a motivated HR Director to join our team full-time. The job will require leading our HR Managers, meeting Production goals, and ensuring on-time delivery of HR tasks.

• University degree (Human Resources, Business Administration preferred);

• Solid experience in HR as HRBP, HRD, or People Partner;

• Experience in developing and taking charge in onboarding/adaptation/career development programs, particularly for Production teams;

• Experience in conducting various analyses and organizing resulting data for HR Managers and Production Management;

• Relevant work experience in a company of 50+ people;

• Successful cases of implementation and enforcement of HR practices and policies;

• Strong work ethics;

• Ability to provide coaching and feedback; facilitation skills;

• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);

• Fluent English.
