For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• 🤝 Affiliate Relationship Management:
  Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with affiliates in exCIS countries—with a focus on performance, loyalty, and retention.
  

• 📊 Affiliate Program Strategy:
  Design and execute affiliate acquisition campaigns tailored to the exCIS market, optimizing for ROI and user quality.
  

• 💬 Communication & Support:
  Act as the go-to contact for affiliates, providing support, resolving issues, and guiding them to optimize their performance.
  

• 🌐 Market Analysis & Expansion:
  Monitor trends and competitor activity in the exCIS gambling market; identify new opportunities and bring in top-tier partners.
  

• 💸 Performance Monitoring:
  Analyze campaign performance and traffic quality; report KPIs and revenue contributions to leadership.
  

• 🎯 Collaboration:
  Work closely with the marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure regional strategies are aligned with global goals and compliant with local regulations.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 🎰 Industry Experience:
  2+ years in affiliate management within the online gambling, casino, or sports betting industry.
  

• 🌍 exCIS Market Expertise:
  Deep understanding of user behavior, regulations, and trends in exCIS countries (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia, etc.).
  

• 🧩 Affiliate Network:
  An existing network of active, high-performing affiliates in the gambling sector across the exCIS region.
  

• 🌐 Language Skills:
  Fluent in English and Russian—able to communicate professionally and persuasively in both languages.
