3D Environment Artist

Full-cycle game development studio seeking a talented professional to join our team working on an unannounced AAA shooter developed in Unreal Engine.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create high-quality 3D assets and environments for AA/AAA shooter games.

• Work closely with the level design team to ensure assets are aligned with gameplay requirements.

• Optimize assets for performance without sacrificing visual quality.

• Maintain consistent art style and quality across all assets and environments.

• Collaborate with other artists and developers to ensure seamless integration of assets into the game.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience in creating high-quality props and environments for AA/AAA shooter games.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.

• Strong texturing skills using tools like Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and Photoshop.

• Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine 4/5 or Unity.

• Ability to create optimized, game-ready assets.

• Strong understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflow.

• Experience in creating modular assets and using tileable textures.

• Familiarity with creating and integrating assets within level design.
