We are looking for a passionate Account manager who will partner with our client and ensure their long-term success. The Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.

Accounts managers will be the one to connect clients and internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of services based on the clients needs and improve the entire clients experience. Our ideal candidate is the person who can take responsibility and build successful relationships to exceed expectations of the clients

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers

  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts

  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion

  • Communicates client needs and demands to company

  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics

  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals

  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients

  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

  • Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients

  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

  • Keep records of client transactions

  •  Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience  

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • + 3 years of experience in IT sales, preference of experience in game development;

  • Advanced level of English;

  • Experienced with managing or working with international clients;

  • Service and business orientated with excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent active listening skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.

  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
