We launch premium games for the biggest platforms in the industry, including Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Epic Store, and others. Our titles have been nominated on Games Awards, features at best industry hame portals, and passed tens of millions of views on YouTube.
As a publisher, we help our partners with international marketing, PR, distribution, localization, QA, game design, and more and on all the production cycles. We support our partners with advice and feedback, with an individual approach to everyone.
Now we are looking to expand our team with a Business Development Manager.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Searching for potential partners (game development studios, agencies, events, conferences, industry-specific media, networking)
Supporting a full cycle of publishing deals – from the first contact to signing a contract and game release.
Preparation and elaboration of prospective lists of projects and game studios for the initial acquaintance
Participating in projects research and analysis including playtests and market reviews
Searching for companies/contacts for prospective partnership (game development studios, QA, provision of legal service)
Participation in game industry events and PR transactions support
Work with incoming requests from the corporate website with potential partners
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience in Sales/Business Development
Good understanding of the PC/Console game market, including trends and best practices.
Past experience working with USA/NA, WEU or Asia, Pacific & Japan markets
Professional proficiency in English
Knowledge of sales tools including CRM, task trackers, and Google Docs.
