For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gaming industry 

  • Present our company services to potential clients

  • Manage financial KPIs (e.g., profitability)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gaming industry 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients 

  • Work closely with  internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects 

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities 

  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other documentation 

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company

  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least 1+ years of work experience as a Business Development Manager in GameDev

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends

  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level is a must (both oral and written)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactivity

  • A strong client-oriented mentality

  • Solid experience with CRM software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Focus on nurturing relationships, not just closing deals.

    Nice to have:

  • Being a gamer is a plus

  • A well-developed professional network in the gaming industry is a big plus.
