Collaborate with the art and design teams to understand the creative vision for characters and weapons in our games.

Create high-quality character animations, using Unreal Engine 5.

Develop visually appealing and realistic weapon animations, ensuring a seamless integration into the game environment.

Implement and iterate on animations based on feedback from the art director, designers, and other team members.

Collaborate with the programming team to implement and optimize animation systems in Unreal Engine 5.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in character and weapon animation techniques to enhance the overall quality of our games.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Requirements:

Proven experience as a character and weapon animator in the gaming industry.

Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and anticipation.

Ability to create expressive and dynamic character animations that enhance the overall player experience.

Experience with motion capture data and the ability to integrate it into animations.

Solid understanding of rigging and skinning processes for characters and weapons
