Joyteractive is a product-first mobile gaming company with one clear goal:
To build a portfolio of category-leading puzzle games.

We’ve already launched our first hit — Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle — a breakout success in its niche and one of the top 15 most-played games in the US in 2024. Now we’re ready to scale. We’re taking what worked — and building on it, fast.

We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer — a sharp, strategic, and deeply product-oriented leader ready to take full ownership of the business side of the company.
You’ll be handed the full toolkit: product, people, capital — and the mandate to grow Joyteractive into a category-dominant portfolio company.

The founder will stay close as a strategic and vision partner, but this is your ship to captain.
You’ll lead through collaboration — building a culture of ownership, and making key decisions together with a high-caliber leadership team you trust.
Turning a one-hit wonder into a scalable hit machine isn’t easy — that’s why we’re not looking for a caretaker. We’re looking for a builder.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Build and lead a world-class leadership team (in collaboration with the founder)

• Shape and evolve a high-performance, ownership-driven company culture

• Define and lead the long-term strategic roadmap — from growth milestones to potential exit scenarios

• Develop and maintain clear KPIs and OKRs across all functions — with regular cadences for tracking and accountability

• Set up strong, product-centric processes across the company

• Own and manage the company P&L

• Represent Joyteractive externally — with investors, strategic partners, vendors, and the broader gaming ecosystem

• Scale the Cryptogram model into a repeatable framework for new product success — and lead the development of a strong, strategically aligned product portfolio

• Drive execution across product, operations, and hiring — all aligned to business outcomes

• Lead through collaboration — building a culture of ownership, and making key decisions together with a high-caliber leadership team you trust

Your 2025 Targets

• Grow Cryptogram by 1.5x in user base and revenue

• Launch 2 new titles with top-tier retention and monetization potential

• Demonstrate clear progress toward a scalable, diversified product portfolio

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• You’ve led or owned large-scale initiatives with major business outcomes — as a CEO, COO, GM, Head of Product, or similar C-level roles in gamedev

• You bring a track record that speaks for itself — proven outcomes, strong team followership, and a reputation as a high-integrity, results-driven leader

• You have a strong product mindset, with a bias for data, iteration, and user value

• You’re deeply plugged into market trends and emerging models — with the curiosity, strategic mindset, and domain expertise to identify and act on what’s next

• You’ve built and led high-performance teams — and know how to scale them with intention

• You’re both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor

• You’re a strong operator — fluent in company building, organizational design, and execution discipline at scale

• You have the ambition and clarity to turn good into great

• You speak Russian and English fluently
