Concept/Graphic Artist (Junior/Mid)

Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and publishers but also a team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having offices in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Cooperating with Midcore Games Team and external developers,

• Cooperating with Creative Designers to transfer ideas into high-quality visual assets,

• Taking care of the content creation pipeline in order to find ways to optimize workflow and identify areas for improvement,

• Implementing feedback from the creative lead,

• Exporting final deliverables following the formats and best practices of each platform,

• Organizing, archiving, and maintaining projects and assets.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1-3 years of experience in digital art content creation pipeline (ideally in the game industry),

• Anime-focused portfolio demonstrating your work in a matching art style,

• Experience working on games or high visual quality 2D anime projects,

• Expertise in the use of software tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator in the creation of character art,

• Passion for anime and mobile games,

• Responsiveness to deadlines and working well under time pressure,

• Oral and written English (at least B2),

• Background illustrations art in a portfolio will be a huge advantage
