What kind of professional are we looking for?

We’re looking for an eager and young Game Designer keen in RPG systems, tabletop RPGs, UX design, and providing clarity for the developers. You’ll step up as a core game designer for a product.

This is a ‘jack of all trades’ GD position like in good ol’ days! There’s conceptual design, technical design and in-engine integration, UX design and other fun stuff awaiting for you!

If you don’t have much experience but want to make cool nerdy stuff - let’s talk!

You will:

  • Research and decompose the currently existing prototype

  • Document and describe features based on the prototype so the developers could properly and efficiently implement them

  • Take part in brainstorms and design decisions

  • Create UX for the game - wireframes of screens, connections between them, pop-ups, etc.

  • Find well matching SFX and music for the game and integrate it

  • Find or create references for VFX

Who we’re looking for:

  • We’ll be honest - we don’t have the ‘all the money in the world’ budget and are aiming to find an aspiring Game Designer who’s okay with working for a medium salary, and help you grow

  • An adequate human being first and foremost - a responsible, honest person willing to make games and grow

  • Basic knowledge of working with data in Unity

  • A person who knows and loves TTRPGs and especially DND (but if you don’t know them and still want to talk to us - don’t hesitate to do so!)

  • English is a plus but not a requirement

What is important for us in a person?
  • Open-minded flexible person willing to collaborate with other teammates.

Why do we enjoy working here?
  • Adequate and experienced, people-centric management that understands the product well and is always willing to help

  • Clarity in the product design and positioning - we even have a prototype that needs to be transferred to Unity and slightly improved. No ‘we don’t know what we want’ nonsense

  • A product company - no disadvantages of the outsourcing culture and processes

  • Almost non-existent bureaucracy

  • Simple and efficient task tracking

  • No time tracking - we’re results-oriented and don’t care when and how much you work. While you deliver and don’t get behind the schedule - it’s up to you to organize your work however you wish

  • Salary in EUR, and we cover your Ukrainian taxes

The selection process
  • 1 or 2 interviews with decision makers
