✅ We are looking for a Creative Producer / Video Creator to join a remote, senior-level team to drive the marketing creative production and content strategy for casual life-sim games.
✅ The game studio is a developer and publisher that already has successful titles in its portfolio.
✅ You should expect about 70% of hands-on responsibilities and 30% of Lead role activities, coordinating the in-house team and the external agency.

What are you working on?

Team size and structure?
Publishing Manager, Community Manager, Marketing Designer + agency.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Marketing video Production & Graphic Design.
Lead the creative direction for all video content and store assets (key art, trailers, screenshots).
Manage creator campaigns and the team (2-3 specialists + agency).
Work closely with the Product team in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
Grow social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram) primarily through organic content creation.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Gaming Marketing experience.
Understanding of the trends and user-engaging approaches.
Video Production & Editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
Graphic Design (Photoshop/Illustrator).
Expertise in organic content growth and understanding platform algorithms.
English - high spoken level with experience in professional day-to-day communication.
