We are launching a new iGaming platform (casino & sportsbook) with a focus on the African market.

We’re looking for a CRM and Retention Lead who is ready to take full ownership of the player journey — designing automated flows, building segmentation logic, and driving retention from day one.

Project Details

  • iGaming product with casino and sportsbook verticals

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Develop and execute CRM strategy for player retention and reactivation

  • Set up and manage automated lifecycle flows (welcome, churn, reactivation, birthday, etc.)

  • Create audience segmentation based on player behavior and preferences

  • Launch and A/B test multi-channel CRM campaigns

  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize key KPIs: LTV, retention, reactivation rate

  • Work closely with product, analytics, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 3+ years in CRM or Retention roles within iGaming (casino/sportsbook)

  • Strong understanding of player segmentation, engagement triggers, and automation

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Braze, or similar)

  • Analytical mindset: confident interpreting campaign data and user behavior

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher

  • Bonus: Experience working with African or mobile-first markets
