- Genres: Action, Puzzle, Casual, Hyper-casual
- Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Working with reviews in stores and social networks;
Working with HelpShift platform;
Timely responses to players and communication with them;
Data collection on technical problems, based on player feedback;
Reports preparation on the collected information.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience in product or technical support for at least 1 year;
Experience in compiling case studies to respond to player requests;
Experience in collecting a Knowledge Base for a project and keeping it up to date;
Fluency in English (C1+).
