Team Lead ASO / Organic Growth

As our Team Lead of Organic Growth you will play a key role in helping and accelerating Tilting Point’s rapid growth. In charge of our Organic Growth & ASO team, you have an in-depth understanding of the mobile games market and distribution channels and will help scale all our products portfolio. Using data, knowledge and marketing insights, you drive our organic installs upwards though product page optimization, App Store algorithms Optimization, store featuring, growth hacking, pushing product changes to boost up organic scores, etc.
You’ll ensure that Tilting Point stays ahead of the competition by developing technology with our tech team to manage more games more efficiently and build tools and insights to find more growth opportunities. You will leverage our large portfolio to find trends and insights and test unknown ways to boost up organic installs.

Deliver our ASO/Organic Growth service to our Developer Partners with top satisfaction

Develop our ASO service to be considered among the industry leaders

Lead our effort in organic growth to find and build new growth opportunities

• Scope out and work with the internal teams to build all related tools that could automatize and scale up ASO & organic growth

• Build, improve and adapt best practices

• Dig and find new profitable and efficient ways to boost organic traffic

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or similar
• Passionate about mobile gaming and industry trends; Excellent understanding of the entertainment industry, games and apps ecosystem
• Strong skills in data software I.e. fluent in Excel, knowledge of market insights tools like AppTweak, App Annie, Sensor Tower
• 4-5+ years’ experience in mobile gaming
