We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed an important milestone of 110 million players.
Our team is currently working on a new project and getting it ready for a global release. It's growing by leaps and bounds in terms of both users and revenue. We're looking for an energetic, proactive Game Designer with feature development experience to help us reach even higher KPIs.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Be involved in developing the project and planning its evolution from a game design perspective
Write documentation for new features
Be responsible for the quality of features that are implemented
Work on improving the game's internal economy
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2+ years of experience as a game designer
Experience creating features as a game designer
The ability to focus on results and work toward established goals
The ability to listen to the team and hear what they have to say
Would be nice :
You're up to date on current trends in the video game industry
You feel right at home in the casual F2P market
You have experience with farming and/or merge 5 games

The selection process
The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our Recruiter, test task and a technical interview with our Lead Game Designer.
