For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Design and develop core gameplay systems from scratch (movement, combat, ability systems).
Drive game balance across characters, skills, and overall pacing.
Build and iterate on game economy, match rules, and reward systems.
Collaborate with the team on feature prototypes and UX flow.
Shape the overall fantasy setting, with input on worldbuilding and theme.
Work closely with programmers and artists to ensure systems are both fun and feasible.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Strong experience in game design for competitive or combat-focused games.
Proven ability to develop game systems from scratch (not just tweak existing ones).
Solid skills in balancing mechanics, stats, and player progression.
Deep gaming experience across genres, especially in PvP-focused titles.
Active or past competitive gaming experience (FPS, MOBAs, fighting games).
Familiarity with VR gameplay and interaction principles.
