For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is in search of an HR Director for our client, an international publisher of mobile free-to-play games. You can work in Limassol, Yerevan office or remotely.

The HR Director's task is to make the employees' work in the company comfortable and efficient. For this purpose it is necessary to build a team of professionals who can achieve the goals of the company, to form the effective organizational structure  that is in line with the business strategy. 

What to work on?

Since in the company HR as a function was realized by managers and external providers, now the goal is to build a systematic internal HR. The company has a request to improve the system of employee recruitment, their training and development, a new system of compensation and benefits. There is also work to be done on diagnostics and broadcasting of corporate culture and values.

What Tasks

  • Create and implement the HR strategy of the company.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the organizational structure according to the company's business process and strategy.

  • Form an HR team and establish work in the department.

  • Make the company attractive for attracting talent and their long-term employment.

  • Organize talent recruitment and ensure their effective and easy adaptation in the team.

  • Help employees remain competent and productive in their profession through training systems and regular performance appraisals.

  • Acting as an internal HR expert to help other managers ensure effective team management.

  • Gather, structure and customize the transfer of internal knowledge and techniques to employees for their effective performance.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Experience in structured companies in role of HRD or COO (IT or Gamedev);

  • Experience of implementation key HR processes from scratch in previous companies;

  • Maturein work and communication;

  • strategic thinking, able to set priorities;

  • Highly analytical skills;
