For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Carry out the recruitment process from working with different stakeholders to define the needs, creating and posting Job Ads on the right channels, sourcing and selecting the right candidates, coordinating the test if any, and interviews for assigned open positions;

  • Coordinate/ join in indoor and outdoor recruitment events (job fairs, seminars, university relations, networking) to promote employer branding and talent acquisition;

  • Do research on the market and competitors, understand external talent market movement and collect useful information to have a proper recruitment plan and program;

  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.

2. Compensation and benefits

  • Implement and monitor the periodic government compulsory insurance, and health insurance to ensure it runs smoothly;

  • Manage the paperwork process related to employees including but not limited to labor contracts, visas, work permits, and temporary residence cards (if any), and maintain employee information storage systems;

  • Carry out start/stop work process for employees;

  • Maintain regular contacts and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policies, and procedures of the company;

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist is required;

  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and employment equity regulations;

  • Experienced with recruitment especially IT recruitment;

  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills;

  • Be able to work independently as well as teamwork

  • Strong customer mindset and collaboration skills;

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both in Italian and English;

  • Background in a Tech company with international culture and mindset is preferred.
