HR Operations Manager is the operational backbone of our HR function, specializing in contract management and immigration assistance while ensuring seamless delivery of people services. This role optimizes HR workflows, oversees employment agreements, manages visa and work permit processes, and maintains compliance across all people operations.

Essential for organizational success, this position bridges HR strategy with daily operations, creating scalable processes for contract administration and immigration support that enable global talent acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with people-focused leadership to drive operational excellence in employment documentation and immigration procedures, supporting our diverse team's success.

What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Contract Administration: Creating and amending agreements with contractors and employees;

  • Immigration Support: Assisting with work permit processes across multiple jurisdictions;

  • Compliance: Helping ensure adherence to relevant labor and immigration laws across our global operations;

  • Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate personnel records in our HRMS system;

  • Benefits Administration: Managing medical insurance enrollments and related queries.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR operations or immigration specialist role;

  • Proven experience as an Immigration Specialist, with Cyprus immigration law expertise highly valued;

  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and migration procedures;

  • Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English (fluency in other languages, such as Greek, is a plus);

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion;

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems;

  • Outstanding client relationship management and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to travel freely within the European Union.
