Junior Delivery Manager

SWAG42, a fast-growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a proactive Junior Delivery Manager to join our delivery team. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in project coordination, work closely with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in managing internal workflows. You'll be at the heart of the process — ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time — while building a strong foundation for future growth in project management.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Monitor and update information on internal company orders (average of 50+ orders per week).

• Review order cards to ensure all required data is provided (shipping details, packaging, sizing, etc.).

• Ping responsible teams to remind them to submit or clarify missing information.

• Support communication across departments (Sales, Delivery, Logistics, Packaging, etc.) to keep order processes running smoothly.

• Assist in coordinating and moving orders through different workflow stages.

• Provide daily operational support to the Delivery Manager.

• Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders (primarily the Sales team).

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Proactive mindset and hands-on attitude.

• English at a communicative level.

Preferred

• Experience in the textile, fashion, or merchandising industry.

• Experience in operations or delivery roles and have worked with task/order tracking tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.).
