We are a fast-growing product-based Chinese company operating at the intersection of betting, online casino, and blockchain technology, with 10+ years of active existence in the market. With a proven track record in delivering scalable digital entertainment platforms, we serve a global user base across multiple regulated and emerging markets.

In 2025, we are expanding our presence by forming a new cross-functional team in Yerevan, Armenia. This hub will play a strategic role in technology development and marketing performance, shaping the future of our core products and user acquisition strategies (CIS, Latam, Eastern Europe).

Team size and structure?

This marketing team will be supported by the Marketing Department from the head office. We formulate a new team for these geos.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Lead Market Penetration & Channel Growth
    Expand our advertising footprint in overseas markets, especially former Soviet Union countries (e.g., Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan), through affiliate networks, social media, KOLs, and programmatic ads.

  • Apply TOC to Maximize Performance
    Use the Theory of Constraints (TOC) to identify marketing bottlenecks, optimize conversion paths, and align resources with what matters most.

  • Build High-Impact Partnerships
    Source and manage long-term partnerships with local advertising agencies, affiliate networks, and traffic providers to boost user acquisition.

  • Optimize Ad Creatives & Channel Efficiency
    Analyze traffic performance and ROI across channels. Test, iterate, and improve ad creatives and messaging to ensure maximum impact.

  • Support Strategic Market Growth Plans
    Contribute insights to broader expansion strategies and drive results aligned with company growth targets.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or international business, with a hands-on focus on CIS countries

  • Strong grasp of TOC (Theory of Constraints) to streamline marketing flows and identify key blockers

  • Familiar with platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Telegram, and tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust

  • Experience in managing affiliates, traffic sources, or influencer partnerships in emerging markets
