Our Marketing Analytics team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst!

What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Solve problems of varying complexity: from testing hypotheses to building models.

• Delve into various traffic types to gain a deeper understanding of advertising channel algorithms.

• Research campaign performance and identify subtle correlations with product-level metrics.

• Propose and develop metric-driven approaches to decision-making in acquisition operations, and refine the necessary tools.

• Assess audience changes and the impact of creatives on traffic.

• Research new approaches and attribution models, and simulate their potential impact.

• Develop tools to combat fraud.

• Develop retargeting strategies.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong math skills: solid knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics at a university level.

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Experience working with Python.

• Business orientation: ability to find practical solutions within tight deadlines.

• Proactivity, readiness to take responsibility, and ability to act effectively in conditions of uncertainty.

Nice to have:

• Experience in machine learning.

• Experience with attribution.

• Experience building dashboards in Tableau.

• Proven track record of leading analytics on technical projects that require collaboration between several teams (product, development, analytics, etc.).
