• Provide creative leadership and direction for all visual aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy

• Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to integrate visually striking assets into marketing materials, ensuring consistency and coherence

• Ensure that the visual representation of our brand is consistent across all platforms and materials, maintaining a strong and recognizable identity

• Lead the conceptualization and development of visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotional images, social media content, and more

• Conduct regular reviews and critiques to maintain the highest standards of quality and creativity in all marketing visuals

• Mentor and manage a team of talented artists, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years proven experience in art direction with at least 2+ years in leadership within the gaming industry

• Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and experience working with unreal engine

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Project management and time management skills, able to create quality content on schedule in a fast-paced environment

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and marketing campaigns
