For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Handling all aspects of the VFX pipeline, including creating content from pre-visualization concepts to final polished assets in games;
Assisting in the improvement and stability of VFX tools and pipeline;
Balancing quality with efficiency when working under tight deadlines.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience with stylized effects;
1 + years of experience creating real-time VFX in Unreal Engine;
Advanced skills in 3D/2D Software — Photoshop, Maya/3ds Max/Blender, Houdini, Embergen;
Excellent skills in VFX development, including timing, shape language, and color theory;
Ability to collaborate but also work independently and creatively to solve VFX technical challenges;
Understanding of VFX asset costs and impact on performance;
Proficiency using Shader Graph tools;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
