PAM Delivery Manager

This role is essential to our mission of delivering product related projects within the Aristocrat Interactive iGaming and Sports unit. As a Delivery Manager, you will lead all aspects of delivery of product-related projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and exceed customer expectations. What You'll Do

• Manage multiple delivery teams, coordinating end-to-end delivery of projects to meet business objectives, client expectations, timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring efficient utilization and balanced workloads.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies and mitigate them to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement processes to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Mentor and support development teams to improve delivery practices and performance.
• Serve as the main contact for delivery-related communications with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on delivery status, risks, and issues.
• Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and metrics.
• Apply and uphold benchmarks to assess delivery performance and team efficiency.
• Drive automation and standardization across delivery pipelines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing/leading development teams utilizing SCRUM methodology and JIRA tools, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, like Monday and Jira.
• Skill in supervising multiple delivery teams at the same time.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of the Scrum methodology, key performance indicators relevant to Scrum, reporting on Scrum.
• Technical knowledge of microservices architecture, AWS, SQL, and NoSQL databases is an advantage.
