Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Project Manager with experience in mobile development (3+ years); someone with a passion for technology and a good understanding of what makes a project successful and what sometimes hinders it.

Together with the team, you will support the product at every stage of its creation.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead in-house and publishing products with a deep dive into the details of the work to be performed

• Gather, analyse and proofread requirements, break them down into tasks and ensure a transparent workflow (Jira, Confluence)

• Estimating tasks by deadlines, monitoring quality of completion, managing risks, removing blockers

• Manage a/b testing, working with configs, push notifications

• Maintain product roadmaps, prepare reports

• Collaborate with other departments in the company on projects (PO, Monetisation, ASO, UA, Analytics, Localization, designers, etc.)

• Accumulate expertise and document experience with other team members, keep documentation up to date

• Enjoy all of the above.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in leading several projects simultaneously (experience in planning, reporting, roadmaps for several products in parallel is a must)

• Ability to organise the work of cross-functional teams within a project, set clear tasks for yourself and others

• Ability to keep everything in order, attention to details

• Understanding of iOS development processes at all stages of product development

• Flexible thinking, easy to switch between tasks

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Firebase, Amplitude, subscription services (Adapty, RevenueCat, etc.)

• Engagement, no ‘I'm the smartest’ attitude, willingness and interest to learn new things, open and honest discussion of problems

• Ability to find an individual approach to different people, negotiate, constructively resolve any situations

• Release management experience in Appstore Connect

• Experience with configs, a/b tests and analytics

• Technical education will be an advantage.
