For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Coordinate and manage multiple game development and art production projects (outsourcing model);

  • Communicate daily with internal teams (artists, developers, QA, etc.) and external stakeholders;

  • Develop and maintain project documentation (scope, timeline, resource plans, risk registers);

  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum or Kanban depending on project);

  • Track and report project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders;

  • Manage scope changes and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables;

  • Ensure consistent quality and alignment with client expectations throughout the project lifecycle;

  • Participate in presale and estimation processes.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in game development outsourcing or related creative/tech industries;

  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines (especially art and animation workflows);

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting;

  • Communication and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);

  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies;

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
