R&D Specialist (Analyst) (KZ / RU)

Garena - is an international online game developer and publisher. Our portfolio of published games includes such well-known titles as League of Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, Arena of Valor. We always strive to bring new and exciting experiences to our players, so at this point, we are strengthening our CIS publishing team and looking for a R&D Specialist (Analyst) to gather and analyze data to directly impact the development of our ambitious mobile games.

What are you working on?

• Platforms: PC, Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Plan and execute research and study initiatives from end-to-end

• Gain meaningful insights on various topics, including but not limited to the game product, its users, the market, and competitors

• Research methods including but not limited to surveys, focus group discussions, and secondary research

• Analyze data and form recommendations for further actions

• Gather and report all findings to upper management and relevant stakeholders in an organized and effective manner

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in research

• Strong analytical skills, ability to make and interpret meaningful conclusions and make product-related recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data

• Familiarity with Free Fire and passion for games/mobile games is a plus
