What are you working on?
- The name of the project(s): Internal Gambling projects
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source and engage candidates through social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, local job boards, forums, communities, etc.)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in the iGaming industry (affiliate managers, retention/CRM, marketing, VIP managers, support, etc.)
Use your deep market understanding to tailor sourcing strategies for one of the specific markets: Vietnam/Turkey/ Philippines.
Identify where local candidates “live” online and creatively tap into those channels.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on talent availability.
Manage outreach campaigns and initial candidate screening.
Track metrics, optimize outreach effectiveness, and adapt sourcing strategies as markets evolve.
Stay current on local employment trends, salary benchmarks, and cultural sensitivities.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in fast-paced industries (tech, iGaming, digital marketing, etc.)
Strong knowledge of at least one of the target markets — Tier1/2/3 (bonus if you know all three)
Creative sourcing skills and ability to dig deep beyond LinkedIn (Telegram groups, Discord, local job platforms, Facebook groups, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Turkish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is a plus)
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and curiosity about people
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
Nice to Have:
Background in recruiting for iGaming or affiliate marketing roles
Experience using ATS and sourcing tools ( Zoho Recruitment Preferrable.)
Previous work in remote or multicultural environments
