What are you working on?

• Platforms: PC

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design the game economy models

• Managing the pricing of virtual goods 

• Balancing free and paid content within the game 

• Providing recommendation on player segmentation 

• Participating in the development A/B testing systems and planning 

• Contributing to decision-making on new feature development and existing feature modifications 

• Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to ensure the best player experience 

• Developing and deploying simulations and predictive models to forecast results of changes and optimize content balancing;

• Maintaining system and economic documentation, diagrams, calculation models, prototypes, etc.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in game system design and monetization strategy for free-to-play mobile games

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Expertise in creating models and tools for modeling and analyzing the game economy and player behavior

• Proficient use of Google Sheets

• Experience with business intelligence systems (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

• B1 English

Nice to Have

• Experience with modeling automation tools (e.g., Python, R, Apps Script)
