For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and manage content across core platforms including:
Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), TikTok, Meta Ads, and LINE.
Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
Manage the daily operations of brand social accounts, including scheduling, moderation, and community interaction.
Content & Engagement
Generate and implement local campaigns: contests, raffles, activations, giveaways.
Foster community growth through engagement tactics tailored to regional user behaviors.
Track and report KPIs such as engagement rate (ER) and OKRs.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute advertising campaigns by selecting appropriate channels, managing placements, and coordinating deliverables.
Work directly with influencers, streamers, and local community leaders to promote brand initiatives.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with creative, gaming, copywriting, and design departments to deliver localized assets.
Align all marketing activities with regional strategies and brand guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and adapt tactics based on data insights.
Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes, user interaction, and platform performance.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience: Minimum 2 years in social media management, ideally in the iGaming sectors.
Regional Expertise: Proven experience working in the Thailand iGaming B2C.
Language: Native proficiency in Thai and English.
Content Creation: Strong ability to craft engaging, platform-specific content.
Analytical Thinking: Skilled in using performance metrics to drive decisions.
Team Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners.
Creative Mindset: Adept at ideating and executing interactive and culturally relevant campaigns.
Trend Awareness: Up-to-date on platform trends, tools, and regional digital behaviors.
What is important for us in a person?
Nice to have:
Experience using Telegram bots, quizzes, and integrated analytics tools.
Prior success working in multiple Southeast Asian markets.
Familiarity with ambassador and influencer program management.
Background in both local and international B2C iGaming operations.
