Vizor is looking for a Player Support Specialist for its top mobile game Klondike Adventures.

Work Schedule: 

Remote work 2/2 for 10 hours, with a one-hour lunch break (from 7-11am to 6-10pm).

What are you working on?
  • Genres: Casual
  • Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Process written player requests on top support platforms (no mindless copy-paste or monkey job).

  • Gather and analyze in-game issues and errors.

  • Review player feedback and provide detailed reports to the development team.

  • Contribute to FAQ database, create and translate game instructions and automated responses.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).

  • Strong written communication skills in English and Russian.

  • Additional language proficiency preferred (German, Japanese, Korean, or French).

  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of the gaming market.

  • Ability to search, analyze, and manage data.

  • Passion for gaming and interacting with people.

  • Politeness, responsiveness, and patience.

  • Quick adaptability and willingness to learn.

Experience in game development not required; your desire to work with games and people are much more important to us than previous work experience.
