For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Lead the technical processes of the team, through collaboration with EM and SA;

- Implement best practices in development process and guide the team;

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge;

- Integrate renown third-party services;

- Write high performance, testable and maintainable code to implement new functionality.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- 5+ years as a Go software engineer (understanding memory management, data structures; best practices and the most used design patterns knowledge);

- Experience writing unit tests;

- Understanding REST;

- Understanding HTTP, gRPC;

- Docker, docker-compose (or other containerization tools);

- Understanding application architectures (DDD, hex, MVC, etc);

Understanding SOLID;

- Git;

- Software engineer mindset (not just writing a code, but clarify the requirements, suggest solutions, focus on result, being proactive).

What is important for us in a person?

Will be plus:

- Experience leading technical backlog;

- Experience with GitOps, terraform, k8s, helm charts;

- Experience with NATS;

- DevOps experience;

- Experience with AWS/GCP;

- Experience with Redis;

- Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
