Dominator is seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong mobile-game instincts and a deep understanding of clarity-first design. You will craft intuitive, fast, high-impact interfaces for slot, instant, crash, and table games. Your work will directly influence player engagement, game feel, and commercial performance - helping our partners dominate their segment.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
— Design clean, responsive UI layouts for slots, instant, crash, and table games
— Build intuitive user flows (onboarding, betting, win events, features, bonus rounds)
— Create UI components: control panels, spin buttons, pop-ups, meters, bet selectors, turbo modes
— Develop layouts optimized for mobile-first play and high-speed gameplay loops
— Work closely with game designers to translate mechanics into smooth user journeys
— Deliver polished prototypes (static or interactive) to validate UX
— Collaborate with 2D art, animation, and product teams to ensure visual and functional consistency
— Maintain UI style guides and component libraries
— Prepare assets for animation/dev (states, naming, atlases, responsive rules)
— Conduct usability reviews and refine interfaces based on data and player behavior
— Ensure interfaces meet performance targets (loading speed, clarity at small sizes, minimal cognitive load)
What kind of professional are we looking for?
— Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX for games (mobile or iGaming strongly preferred)
— Solid command of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
— Deep understanding of mobile UI conventions and clarity-first design
— Experience designing for high-speed gameplay (instant feedback, fast loops, micro-interactions)
— Ability to structure complex systems into simple, readable UI
— Strong wireframing and prototyping skills
— Understanding of animation principles and how UI behaves in motion
— Excellent communication and comfort working with cross-disciplinary teams
Nice-to-Have
— Experience in iGaming (slots, instant, crash, table games)
— Knowledge of Spine/After Effects for motion guidance
— Familiarity with slot math concepts and how UI supports volatility/perception
— Understanding of mobile top-grossing UX patterns: reward loops, pacing, visual hierarchy
