For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Develop gameplay, progression systems, customization features, and user interfaces;
Optimize games for WebGL (asset loading, performance, memory management);
Design and maintain project architecture (SOLID, design patterns);
Develop and support internal tools, editor extensions, and pipelines.
Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and plug-ins;
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
Write unit and integration tests for core systems;
Collaborate closely with product and creative teams.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of commercial experience with Unity and C#;
Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, state machines);
Experience with dependency injection and reactive programming (Zenject, UniRx);
Experience in WebGL development with focus on optimization and loading strategies;
Hands-on experience with:
UI (Canvas, adaptive layouts),
Animator, Particle System, Physics 2D/3D,
Profiling and optimization (Profiler, Atlas, batching, AssetBundles/Addressables),
Unity Editor Extensions, Unity Package Manager.
Experience integrating third-party libraries, SDKs, and plug-ins;
Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows;
Ability to estimate tasks and take ownership of feature delivery
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Behaviour Trees, DOTween;
Basic understanding of CI/CD and automated build pipelines (e.g., Unity Cloud Build);
Experience with game analytics tools (GameAnalytics, Firebase);
Mentorship skills and willingness to share knowledge within the team.
