About our game:

It’s a third-person multiplayer shooter featuring semi-realistic graphics and a fun, engaging world inspired by futuristic themes.

We are currently looking for an Unreal Engine Developer.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Artyfact
• Genres: Action, Shooter
• Platforms: PC

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Work in direct supervision of Lead UE Developer

• Implement in-game logic in Unreal Engine including, but not limited to - new gameplay features, improvements/additions to existing code bases, automated tests for existing/new functionality

• Contributing to the planning of project code architecture

• Participate in bug fixing, optimization efforts

• Writing clean, efficient and maintainable code

• Document and report your features/findings

• Participate and contribute to game testing (playtests)

• A new developer will closely collaborate with other team members and departments including: QA Engineer, 3D Art Team, Technical Artist, Animator, UI Artist, Game Designer, Project Manager

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as an Unreal Engine Developer/C++ Developer

• Strong knowledge of C++, Blueprints, UI (HUD etc.)

• Knowledge of Gameplay Ability System

• Knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), SOLID, patterns

• Knowledge of multiplayer interactions and replication

• Profiling Optimization(Game + Networking)

• Experience using Perforce

• Knowledge of Weapons, Vehicles, Skin systems

Would be a plus: 

• Lyra sample game knowledge

• Experience with game AI, behavior trees

• Experience with animations, movement system, VFX (writing logic for work)

• Experience in backend development

• Experience with porting

• Versatility is a plus
